All text and pictures on this website are not copyrighted, but hold statutes of ownership by Jumping Sun! under US Federal Trademark and Copyright Laws. This website is for potential buyers of indigenous art, indigenous entrepreneurs, or businesses purchasing services and for your viewing pleasure.

A store gallery does not exist yet, so all products and information will be generated via internet. Any products you want to purchase will be made through our client websites or by emailing info@jumpingsun.com.

There are no digital watermarks on our pictures (yet) and we have no control over the copying of our images and photos by you. Soon we will attempt to create digital watermarks registered with the Digimarc tracking system. So, if you want to copy any pictures for informal use as a background, on your website, or as attachments to friends, etc. you may do so with credit going to Jumping Sun.com as a hyperlink and/or with a hover text (see examples on our welcome page). Jumping Sun! reserves the right to deny usage of our pictures and name link if found on obscene and/or unethical websites. If you would like to have original pictures we have sizes 1000X1000> pixels just email us with your request.

If you would like to use our photos for commercial profit please contact us via phone or email and a representative will contact you as soon as we receive your request. We ourselves try to follow all federal trademark and copyright laws. If we find our photos and/or images used for profit without permission lawsuits may follow.
